New Policy on Minor Protocol Changes Requires Halt In Enrollment

In a bout of regulatory wrestling over human subject protections, NCI seems to have lost to the Department of Health and Human Services.

The result has the institute's cooperative groups and cancer centers scrambling to minimize interterruptions in the enrollment of patients on clinical trials.
