CALGB Chairman Schilsky To Step Down In 2010

Richard SchilskyRichard Schilsky, chairman of the Cancer and Leukemia Group B, an NCI-sponsored clinical trials cooperative group, announced his plan to step down in 2010 after serving 15 years in that position.

Schilsky, a professor of medicine and associate dean for clinical research, Biological Sciences Division, University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, became chairman of CALGB in 1995 after serving five years as vice chairman.
